#StackBounty: #windows-8.1 #bluetooth No Bluetooth option anywhere in Windows

Bounty: 50

I am using Windows 8.1 Pro and trying to enable bluetooth but I don’t see any option to enable it. I visited:

  • System Tray
  • Change PC settings
  • Control Panel
  • services.msc

Non of these helped. I remember that I used bluetooth to share some files about a month ago in Windows 10 but later I switched to Windows 8. This is really surprising behavior for me. I have included some screenshots below:

PC settings:

No bluetooth

Control Panel:

No bluetooth Control panel

System Tray:

tray

Windows Search:

search

Device Manager:

device manager

services.msc:

services
I also navigated to this site but useless.
I tried connecting external bluetooth which worked and all the options showed up.

How do I enable my bluetooth and why is it not showing up?
