/etc/X11/xorg.conf

    Option "MIT-SHM" "Disable"

/dev/shm is not binded, MIT-SHM disabled both for host and container. Host runs on SwayWM (Wayland). More often happens with fast context menu’s switchings and dragging windows out of screen either in virtual desktop or not.

Upd.: In case of Nvidia cards, apparently, installing the non-free drivers has to be a temporary solution (nvidia-driver for Debian). No changes to /etc/X11/xorg.conf* are done. No result with *MITSHM* environmental variables.
