#StackBounty: #gratis #linux #audio #voice Configurable non-realtime voice changer?

Bounty: 50

I’m individual indie game developer. My game have dialogues, but with my literally zero budget I can’t hire people to record dialogues for me. I decided to record all voices by myself and use some kind of software to configure and modify voices to suit characters. Does anyone knows some non-real time free/foss voice changer that can modify voice from files and save modified voice to file ? Also, it would be nice if it has GUI, I can use command line programs but working with gui is more natural to me

#StackBounty: #windows #gratis #open-source #file-management #windows-10 Program to read shortcut (.lnk) files and modify its properties

Bounty: 50

I would like to discover a GUI program capable to open/read a shortcut file and modify all of its properties, with total ease (like for example showing the original values in a editable textbox, and a button to save any changes made, preferably with some kind of good error-handling for syntax error and/or non-existent paths).

Requisites:

  • It must be a standalone program with a graphical user-interface. Not a command-line application.

  • The program must be focused to perform this task, preferably having a functionality implemented to drag shortcuts to the program’s window. Avoid hexadecimal programs.

  • The program can run under Windows 10 x64.

  • The program can modify EVERY property of a shortcut file, including target file path, working directory and icon file (and icon index).

  • Freeware. But paid alternatives are welcome to discuss.

#StackBounty: #windows #gratis #ide #rust Gratis Rust IDE for Windows

Bounty: 50

I’ve recently started learning Rust. Rust is a relatively new language, the first stable release having only been out in May 2015.

I’ve looked online and for the most part, the only articles I’ve found said that there aren’t any IDEs for Rust yet. Most of them, however, were published a few years ago and may be outdated by now.

I need to find a free Rust IDE that runs on Windows 10 (preferably something like NetBeans).
